I will bless the LORD at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth.

My soul shall make its boast in the LORD. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.

Oh, magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.

-Psalms 34:1-3

To seek to become unshakeable disciples of Jesus Christ,

walking in love and fulfilling God's eternal purposes for our lives.

Here at Calvary Chapel Meridian we strive to be a Worship Ministry team which directs people toward the One who is worthy of our praise.

We put a strong emphasis on choosing music that engages us in the attributes of our triune God and what He has done to redeem us.

Our desire is to encourage the congregation to express their gratitude toward Him and view Him in a right, Biblical, manner through the singing of upbeat,

contemporary worship songs and not dismissing the spiritual strength of hymns and older music. We aim to use songs that are deeply theologically rooted,

contemporarily arranged and performed without the “concert” appearance. Our worship is God-focused, full of His Spirit and the truth of His Word in which we, His disciples,

will fade into the background. Our heart is to disciple our members, to reach out to believers and draw in the non-believer to the Lord through music.
If you would like to know more about our Worship Ministry, how we do things or how to get involved, please get in touch with us.
